All vehicle and shipping information is shared with local agents, with your registered email included, allowing you to track progress throughout the process.

Vehicle export and import can be complex, especially for first-time customers. We explain each step clearly and provide full support, so you can proceed with confidence. Our primary service regions are North America and Europe, and we can also review requests for other regions upon consultation. Optional support for local vehicle registration and compliance is available upon request.

Pricing Information

　Our standard service fee is JPY 88,000 (tax included). Optional services can be added as needed, depending on your requirements and conditions. The total cost will consist of the service fee plus any applicable additional expenses, such as domestic transport, ocean freight, inspections, and customs-related charges. As costs vary depending on the details of each request, we provide individual quotations for every case. If you would like to understand the overall cost in advance, please feel free to contact us for a consultation. For reference, example pricing for vehicle export from Japan is also provided below.


【Basic Fees】

Service Fee: JPY 88,000 (tax included)

Services Included in the Service Fee:

  • Vehicle Transport Arrangement
    Transport of the vehicle to the port is arranged. Car carrier transport is recommended; self-driven delivery is available upon request. *Transport costs are charged separately.
  • Customs Clearance Arrangement
    Customs clearance agents in Japan and at the destination are arranged to support customs procedures upon arrival. *Vehicle registration is not included.
  • Document Preparation
    Preparation of invoices, translated vehicle documents, ISF, and other required paperwork.
  • Shipping Booking
    Vessel space is reserved through coordination with shipping lines. Destinations are subject to consultation.
